Summer Art Classes in Maricopa!
Haven Art Academy is excited to offer 4 inspiring classes this summer for kids ages 6 and up, hosted at the Maricopa Library on:

🕚 11:00 AM | 💵 Only $119 for all 4 classes!
Each one-hour class gives your child a chance to explore new techniques, build confidence, and express themselves creatively. Guided by a friendly instructor, students will work on hands-on projects and learn foundational art skills.
This course is Part One of a four-part series, introducing everything from drawing and shading to color mixing, painting, and sculpture. No experience needed—just a love for creating!
What to Expect from This Course
We believe that every child is an artist—it just takes the right space to spark that creativity.
No experience? No problem! This course is designed to make teaching art feel simple. Your instructor will spend around 15 minutes instructing and preparing students to engage with new principles, setting the tone for creativity and growth.
Your child will explore:
- Lines, shapes, and patterns
- Foundational drawing and shading
- Color theory and paint mixing
- Still life, landscape, and portrait painting
✅ Parents must remain on site (but outside the classroom)
📩 Additional time slots may be added based on demand
Supply List For Student (Parents need to provide)
✔️ Paper (we recommend a sketchbook)
✔️ Pen and Pencil (#2 or drawing pencil)
✔️ Eraser
✔️ Ruler
✔️ Crayons and Colored Pencils
✔️ Old shirt or apron (for painting days)
